Looking Ahead

Where you look on the track has a direct impact on how you ride.

In this video, we break down why focusing too closely on the front of the bike makes riding feel rushed and reactive. When riders look ahead instead of down, they gain more time to plan, adjust, and stay smooth through sections.

We explain how your eyes influence body position, balance, and timing, and why forward vision helps connect sections of the track instead of riding one obstacle at a time. Looking ahead keeps your body more relaxed, allows the bike to flow underneath you, and leads to more consistent and controlled riding.
