Standing vs Sitting

Knowing when to stand and when to sit can make a big difference in control, traction, and consistency.

In this video, we break down why standing or sitting isn’t a one-size-fits-all decision, and how staying in one position for too long can create problems on the bike. Different sections of the track demand different body positions, and the key is understanding when to change rather than locking yourself into one approach.

We talk about how standing and sitting should both be used as tools, how awareness and adaptability help you stay balanced, and why small adjustments in body position can improve how the bike works underneath you. The goal isn’t perfect form — it’s staying in control as conditions and track sections change.
